Zodiac RIB Retrofit
This Zodiac was brought to us by a client who wanted the collar replaced with our FAST hybrid collar system, incorporating both foam and air.
This Zodiac was brought to us by a client who wanted the collar replaced with our FAST hybrid collar system, incorporating both foam and air.
The Zodiac as it was brought to us. Although the air bladders were still functioning, they were quite worn. The client chose to upgrade the collar to our much safer foam/air hybrid system.
For this retrofit, we opted to take apart the existing collar and pattern right off of it.
Patterns are digitized so we can add registration marks and seam allowances on the computer.
The FAST collar replacement has given this Zodiac RIB a completely new look.
Now that the collar is a combination of foam and air, it is now also safer than ever.
